Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager based in the US to drive product strategy, execution, and market alignment across IGEL OS, UMS, and Cloud Services. This role strengthens proximity to North American customers and works closely with global Product Management teams and the VP of Product to shape and deliver key strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Customer Leadership (North America)
- Act as a primary product management interface for North American customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer and field engagements to capture market insights, validate product direction, and build strong relationships.
- Translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable product priorities across IGEL’s portfolio.
- Partner with Product Managers across regions and leadership to contribute to product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in endpoint computing, management, and cloud services.
- Maintain clear prioritization frameworks aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Define and document product requirements (PRDs, epics, user stories) with clear acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, QA, and architecture teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features.
- Drive disciplined backlog management, refinement processes, and execution excellence.
- Define requirements for integrations with key ecosystem partners and technologies.
- Ensure interoperability and alignment with broader enterprise IT environments.
- Collaborate with alliances and partners to shape joint solutions and reference architectures.
- Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partners to develop messaging, positioning, and launch materials.
- Support field enablement through demos, playbooks, and customer-facing narratives.
- Engage with strategic customers to support adoption and validate product direction.
- Work closely with global Product Management teams while representing North American market perspectives.
- Act as a bridge across time zones, ensuring alignment and momentum on key initiatives.
- Contribute to best practices, processes, and continuous improvement within the Product organization.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of defining, delivering, and scaling successful products or features.
- Strong understanding of endpoint computing, management platforms, or cloud services.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable working in distributed, global teams.
- Experience with endpoint management, VDI/DaaS, or cloud-delivered solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and integrations.
- Multi-functional background across product management, solutions engineering, or technical marketing.
- Experience working with strategic customers and partners in complex enterprise environments.
