LOCATION: Augsburg, Germany

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • First point of contact for our employees when it comes to IT related issues
  • Provide remote and onsite/field support if required
  • Manage tickets and ticket communication
  • Manage the IT warehouse
  • Execute standard requests for IT Services
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes
  • Participate in projects

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed training in the field of IT and/or at least up to 1 year of experience in IT
  • Works under close supervision
  • Skilled specialist with Windows 10, iOS, Linux,(macOS)
  • Understands implications
  • Experienced inworking with Office 365 apps such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
  • ITIL, ITSM user experience (in ServiceNow)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • High level of customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to learn about other IT topics as needed
