We are building a cloud-native platform with AI as the baseline. AI is not a feature layer. It defines how systems are designed, how data is structured, and how engineers think before building. AI in the product starts from system design and data modeling.
Engineers here are builders who own end-to-end software factory deliverable. You think about design, data schema, scale, and distributed systems before using AI tools. You own the software lifecycle from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operational support.

THE ROLE

Engineers here are builders who own end-to-end software factory deliverable. You think about design, data schema, scale, and distributed systems before using AI tools. You own the software lifecycle from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operational support.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Implement cloud native cloud agnostic cloud services, APIs, and features
- Design data models and service components for AI-enabled workflows
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for owned features
- Develop and maintain application code that integrates with established pipelines
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to fixes
- Follow established patterns for scalability, reliability, and security
- Use AI tools to accelerate development while learning engineering fundamentals
- Collaborate with senior engineers on design and implementation
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, IT or relevant professional experience with qualified technical training
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Go, Java, C++, Python, Rust, or similar) with experience building production-quality services
- Experience building and operating production services
- Understanding of scalability, reliability, and security
- Working Experience in integrating services with build pipeline, and cloud service ownership
- Ability to use AI tools effectively while applying engineering judgment
- Working under minimal supervision
- Take responsibility proactively
