Job Description
Responsibilities*
- Work from office - Hyderabad location.
- Ready to work as per eastern shift timings, (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
- Work with internal and external teams using CRMs like Salesforce.
- Ability to action on tickets based on severity and SLAs
- Proactive approach to reach out to Stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Basic understanding of Quotes, invoices, Pos, Renewals etc.

Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements*
- Freshers (2022- 2023 pass out) - (B.com/BBA (Finance)/MBA (Finance) background) year of experience. Immediate joiners are most welcome.
- Must have above 65% in all academic (10th, 12th and degree)
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- High level of attention to detail
