Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated Digital Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Digital BDR, you will work on various projects to drive bookings and increase recurring revenue growth for insightsoftware.
You will be responsible for delivering marketing qualified leads to appropriate teams, providing net new business from research, and helping with various CRM enrichment projects.
This role will report to the Business Development Manager and will collaborate with multiple departments in the organization including but not limited to: marketing, sales teams, IT, and sales operations. The person in this role needs to be a self-starter, show strong attention to detail and possess efficient time management skills.
What will you do?
- Work in the 'Qualified' chat platform to deliver leads to Sales team
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach and research for various projects.
- Utilize our current tech stack to optimize territory planning and prospecting.
- Mentor new team members and provide training as necessary.
- Verify our CRM data is enriched and up to date.
Qualifications
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
- A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excitement about a fast-paced, challenging environment with a culture of winning
- Strong computer skills, excel/google sheets experience preferred
