Job Description

We are looking for a driven Senior Product Manager who is laser-focused on addressing customer pain points and needs. You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle and roadmap for Vizlib Analytics and Extensions that are customer-facing, with a strong focus on frontend user experience and customization. The role involves ensuring smooth operations between product, engineering, support, professional services, and IT, while working to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Manage Qlik BI frontend extensions from insightsoftware, focusing on end-user touchpoints (frontend, user experience, customization).

• Feature Ownership: Prioritize feature development, defect resolution, and technical debt for Qlik BI frontend extensions ensuring features are in line with customer needs.

• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and UX Design teams to develop Qlik products and frontend capabilities aligned with the company's vision for Office of the CFO (oCFO). Be involved in every step of the product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement definition to execution and implementation.

• Commercialization: Contribute to Vizlib pricing and packaging strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Product and Director of Product on product strategy and collaborate across the organization to ensure product-market fit, feature development, and successful product launches.

• User Engagement: Enhance in-product user experience and focus on long-term value delivery. Act as the customer advocate with engineering, ensuring product-market fit and overall product health.

• Backlog & Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the engineering backlog and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader ISW Qlik product goals.

• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with product marketing managers to achieve product-market fit and support go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills, including user-centered design, product thinking, and end-to-end user experience.

• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer empathy and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement product features.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.

• Experienced with Qlik (or Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and dashboard development.

• Experienced in working with data and visualizations.

• Nice to have: experience in BI implementation projects.

• Bonus: Familiarity with frontend technologies or UX/UI design principles.

• Bonus: Experience with cloud-based analytics or enterprise-level BI implementations.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

• Comfortable with agile methodologies and fast-paced product development environments.
