Job Description

EPM Alliances Manager will be responsible for accelerating insightsoftware's revenue growth by developing new routes to market through strategic alliances & partners. This individual contributor's primary focus is on recruiting, activating, enabling and leading partners to drive incremental revenue bookings for our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution suite. Reporting to the Division Vice President of Strategic Alliances, this role is an integral part of insightsoftware's Global Partnerships & Alliances organization. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit strategic partners who deliver complementary solutions and whose business priorities are well aligned with insightsoftware's revenue strategies
  • With each strategic partner, determine the best collaboration model to drive win-win outcomes and develop joint GTM plans focused on shared pipeline & revenue generation
  • Lead the execution of joint GTM plans, working closely with both the external & internal partners and holding all parties accountable for the agreed actions & outcomes
  • Meet or exceed the agreed revenue bookings goals with each strategic partner, which is the most critical KPI for this role
  • Systematically strengthen and expand each strategic partnership, leveraging all available cross-functional resources including insightsoftware's executive leadership team
  • Using a variety of BI tools & systems, analyze and report on the progress of each strategic partner, through internal & external business review sessions
  • Travel as needed (up to 30%) to generate and accelerate momentum for the assigned territory

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing and growing strategic alliances and partnerships that delivered significant revenue bookings
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing joint GTM plans with strategic partners
  • Successful track record of meeting or exceeding bookings quotas working with resellers and referral partners
  • Experience selling or marketing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, close & consolidation tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
