Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Strategic Alliance Director to lead and expand insightsoftware's Lease Lifecycle Management (LLM) partner ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by developing and managing high-impact alliances and partnerships, driving innovative go-to-market models, and fostering deep relationships with key partners across the financial software and fintech landscape.
This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role responsible for leading alliance strategy and execution across sell-with, sell-to, and sell-through motions. Reporting to the Division Vice President of Strategic Alliances, this role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and customer business drivers—combined with a proven track record of innovation and growth in enterprise software or fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide account leadership and executive-level relationship management for strategic alliance partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and joint success metrics.
- Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of strategic partners, including lease administration and accounting service providers, GSIs, regional system integrators, and fintech-focused consultants.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, including customer challenges, industry trends, partner ecosystems, and competitors, to shape go-to-market strategies that drive meaningful differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including sales enablement, co-marketing, solution integration, and pipeline acceleration programs.
- Identify and pursue innovative business development opportunities, new growth models, and creative routes to market to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
- Leverage BI tools and analytics to track partnership performance, pipeline, and ROI, and lead joint business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought leader, contributing market insights and ecosystem intelligence to product, sales, and marketing strategy.
- Travel as needed (up to 40%) to engage partners, attend industry events, and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or enterprise sales, preferably within fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial software industries.
- Demonstrated success in account leadership, relationship development, and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships to drive revenue. Career track shows continued promotions and increased responsibilities.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems and developing innovative growth strategies across various industries.
- Deep understanding of financial software, fintech ecosystems, and the business drivers of customers and partners.
- Experience working with or within Big 4 consulting firms, global system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), or hyperscaler cloud services ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
- Bachelor's degree in business and or engineering required; advanced degree preferred in MBA.
- Spanish language proficiency a plus.
