Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager with 12+ years of Exp with strong people leadership capabilities and proven project management expertise. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on people management experience and, preferably, a background in ERP or EPM domains. This role requires someone who can drive team performance, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of projects while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
- Conduct performance reviews, develop growth plans, and support continuous skill development.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and day-to-day team operations.
Project Management
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Domain Expertise (Preferred)
- Experience working with ERP or EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.).
- Ability to understand system workflows, integrations, and process impacts.
- Support process optimization and system-related initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Analyze team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business processes, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3–4 years of people management experience leading teams.
- Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with ERP/EPM systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
