ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to Inspired’s Head of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and communication efforts of our global team. You will work closely with the Heads of Marketing to ensure campaigns are executed, results are tracked, and knowledge is shared. You will coordinate the setting and tracking of budgets, identifying areas where synergies can be made. You will support the design and effective rollout of new procedures, working across departments to ensure all actions improve efficiency and results. You will engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the effective communication of our educational offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing Plans: Coordinate the production of yearly marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery. Directly contributing and supporting where required
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing, digital and creative team to ensure compelling content is created for various channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website content. Identifying areas where this content can be utilised across the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional marketing, digital and creative teams.
- Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, communications, and academic departments, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Coordinate the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for presentation to senior management.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider marketing team, including maintaining marketing calendars, travel budgets and marketing road map.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
- Understanding of education industry trends and best practices is a plus.
