ROLE SUMMARY:

Support the Head of Digital and Performance Managers to implement paid search campaigns, in line with a proposed budget and lead target across all channels.

The role of the Digital Executive is to analyse and drive acquisitions across all paid campaigns including social, search and display. You will work with the Head of Digital and Performance Managers to help implement the overarching planning, implementation, and optimisation of Inspired’s owned and paid channels. This includes completing data analysis and providing insights to drive acquisitions at an optimal CPL.

The specialist will also work and interact with appointed agency partners, platform representatives and managers in the team to help execute best in class campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PERFORMANCE MARKETING:

  • Day to day management of the paid search accounts to drive online leads and maximise CPL
  • Work with the Performance Managers to:
    • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to exceed leads and the CPL goal
    • Actively monitor performance metrics to improve overall paid media effectiveness and deliver optimal CPL
    • Provide insight on campaigns and creative performance on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Lead campaign management using trello/asana tools and ensure campaigns go live on time
    • Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
    • Manage budget pacing relative to goal and that monthly spend within the assigned budget. This includes conducting EOM reconciliation of spend across all channels and schools.
    • Keep abreast of best digital marketing practice within the international education sector.
    • Assist with finance and invoicing
    • Deliver performance reports across all channels
CAMPAIGN BRIEFING

  • Support the digital strategy by ensuring the campaign briefing process goes smoothly.
  • Ensure campaigns go live on time and the briefing process is as smooth as possible
  • Identify best practice processes to improvement efficiencies
  • Provide consistent reporting on campaign performance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Strong agency experience (1-2 years in paid search)
