ROLE SUMMARY:
Work with the Head of CRM, Head of Customer Experience/Enrolments & Head of Digital to assist with the ongoing technical build of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. You will help identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey. This means you are the go-to person for all CRM campaign management and data, driving efficiency across the CRM spectrum.
The CRM manager will be both part-technical and campaign deployment focused. This is a hands-on role to help our specialist agency build the data infrastructures that underpin our platform and campaigns, through to building and implementing multi-stage automated customer journeys across every stage of the sales funnel.
During this role, you will contribute to reporting, campaign planning and a/b testing- working closely with the regional teams to align measurement and support technical and strategic elements of marketing to achieve objectives such as an increase open rate, click rate and enrolments and cross sell opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To continue to help build our CRM platform utilising Microsoft D365.
- Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns.
- Development of automated multistage campaigns to drive desired customer behaviour.
- Partnering with different stakeholders at multiple schools to keep them informed about upcoming campaign initiatives.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
- Responsibility for GDPR compliance and preference management
- Working with IT to manage CRM system and data flow between our centralised data warehouse.
- Identify potential revenue streams for the business through emerging products.
- CRM campaign management: optimise deliverables to ensure the best business return on investment.
- To support the marketing team with content marketing on email
- To share regular email and content best practice updates with both the marketing business units to develop understanding across the board.
- To report on KPI’s including metrics that evaluate a host of campaign related data.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Marketing; customisation and configuration experience preferred
- Understanding of multistage campaign automations
- Understanding of Power Platform stack especially Power Automate and Power BI
- Understanding of relational databases
- Understanding of GDPR & preference management
- Understanding of data integrations/APIs (but not essential)
- Working knowledge of OpenApply and iSAMS would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Understanding and knowledge of Power BI would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Ability to understand key campaign metrics and develop their outputs into key actionable insights
- Team player and collaborative
- Ability to learn and leverage new technologies/systems/software to solve business problems.
- Analytical and data driven thinker.
- Strong time-management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
