KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Major Project Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analysis to provide a clear foundation for strategic and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Inspired Group standards on all strategic matters and deliverables.
• Collaboration with Educational Experts:
• Work closely with leading educational experts and experienced team leaders to incorporate industry best practices.
• Drive change management initiatives, aligning contributors towards common goals.
• Efficiency Process Implementation:
• Act as a key stakeholder in the implementation of new efficiency processes.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Report and recommend practical, effective, and continuous improvements to internal processes.
• Disseminate best practices across the organization.
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 2-3 years of experience in strategic consulting or a similar role
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand the big picture while driving into details
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to analysis perfection
• Self-starter with the drive, determination and commitment to get things done and overcome issues and barriers
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced and rapidly-growing environment
• Advanced Excel skills with proven experience of working with large analytical models
• Engineering, Economics, or Management Undergraduate or Masters degree from a leading university
