ROLE SUMMARY:

• Working alongside our Data Lead you will be a key member of the data team focused on delivering and enhancing the data solutions across our organisation.
• You will be confident with querying data using SQL to investigate and resolve our data challenges.
• You will identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey and work on improving measurement and reporting across all enrolment and marketing functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undertake data analysis to maintain accurate data in all school systems, enabling responsive decision-making through the enrolment pipeline, recruitment events and accurate forecasting during annual planning.
• Support the Data Lead, Admissions and Finance teams where needed to ensure data is defined, structured and accessible in a way that provides actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with our data lead to Identify and solve data quality issues, database cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives.
• Partner with the global customer experience team, CRM, and marketing teams, to ensure accuracy of data across our acquisition funnels.
• Evolve the web, social, media, and analytics work, developing areas such as journey analytics, digital effectiveness, and attribution.
• Work in partnership with the finance, admissions, marketing and local teams to query and resolve data challenges and initiatives.
• Support admissions teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, training, and expertise to deliver accurate and effective enrolment reports
