ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and strong background in software delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of projects across multiple countries. The role demands excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage cross-functional internationally based teams in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, agree and oversee project timelines, deliverables and milestones. Identify and manage key dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying key issues or risks and agreeing appropriate mitigation.
  • Serve as point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively addressing project concerns / conflicts.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Conduct project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within a software development environment.
  • Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple projects across multiple countries and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across varying levels of seniority to proactively seek and facilitate decisions.
  • Demonstrable leadership, organisational and execution skills.
  • Certified competence in at least one project methodology and its practical application.
  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall project management software and tools (ie: Jira, MSP)
  • Experience working collaboratively with global teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
