ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to our Global Director of Enhancements, this exciting role is crucial in supporting our school leadership teams with data to underpin the most efficient staffing and timetabling solutions for their school each academic year.

We are a growing organisation and this role will reflect that. Your allocation of schools will not stand still, you will need the capacity to grow and pivot as the business demands.

This is a remote role but the successful candidate must be available to travel frequently in order to support schools face to face.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continual maintenance of staffing grids of allocated schools to ensure they remain current and all new schools onboarded in these regions
  • Support Global Director with approval for global schools of new and replacement Academic Specialist Teaching and Teaching Assistant staff as well as Academic Non-Teaching and Boarding staff
  • Work with School Heads and Management to ensure efficient implementation of staffing grids (Global Director to be included on calls and emails)
  • Regular CEO report back sessions with Global Director
  • Support onboarding new schools with Global and Regional Director in region to then manage going forward
  • Support fellow Enhancement Team members in the continual maintenance of their staffing grids
  • Ensure data is constantly updated and correct to ensure accuracy of Inspired Global Tracker
  • Where required, support all schools regarding timetabling queries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience and a continued passion for data analysis including acquiring and interpreting data from multiple sources
  • An expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of the education space, ideally a school timetabling specialist
  • Understanding of Google sheets
  • A proactive and agile attitude to work
  • Excellent communication skills in English
