ROLE SUMMARY:

Northern Europe is a key region for Inspired with an ambitious organic and inorganic growth agenda. The Region currently comprises of 19 Schools, spread across UK, Latvia, Belgium and Switzerland. The region contributes over €180m revenues to Inspired and employs over 1,130 people.

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and supporting our growth objectives. Reporting to the Regional Head of FP&A, you will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations that influence key business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget
  • Perform in-depth analysis of past financial performance, competitor benchmarking, and market trends, providing clear and actionable commentary for senior management.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to project future growth and performance.
  • Perform monthly management accounts reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct variance analysis on budgets and forecasts, explaining discrepancies and offering corrective action recommendations.
  • Evaluate new and existing projects, investments, and assets to assess their financial validity and overall value.
  • Foster key relationships with commercial stakeholders, including regional CEOs and Managing Directors.
  • Support the Head of FP&A with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A driven, ambitious individual eager to advance their career within a fast-growing, global organization.
  • A proven track record of strong academic achievement.
  • Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling expertise.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong systems aptitude and familiarity with PE environments.
  • Ability to adapt and work within a results-driven organization.
