ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Data Analyst, you will analyse data to provide actionable insights and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve the revenue outcomes for the business.

Reporting to the Global Director of Operations and indirectly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in transforming both current and potential customer decisions by supporting key enrolment strategies through data-driven insights. Additionally, you will contribute to best practices in data reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reports are available to guide decision-making across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Extract key data from systems like Open Apply, Power BI and iSAMS to report on operational excellence, focusing on enrolment data.
  • Collaborate with central functions to create consistent and comprehensive reports across all areas of the company.
  • Ensure all reports are clear, concise, and easy to read for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage the reporting process to meet deadlines for the weekly cycle of management meetings.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards in Power BI and other tools to visualise data and track key metrics.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency using scripts and automation tools.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure data is current, accurate, and accessible.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making in specific strategic initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in education or data analytics (min. one year).
  • Proficient in CRM, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms like Power BI.
  • Skilled in developing dynamic Power BI dashboards with advanced visualization techniques.
  • Strong data analysis skills, identifying trends and making actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
  • Creative, adaptable problem-solver with innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
