ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired is a rapidly growing global education group with 2 schools in Greece (Moraitis School and CGS School). Committed to academic excellence, we are shaping the future of education on a global scale.

We are looking to recruit an HR & Payroll Administrator to support our HR Operations in Greece. The role will assist and provide valuable administration support to all HR and payroll aspects on a daily basis. The ideal incumbent should be able to support payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. He/she will be involved in a variety of HR & Payroll matters such as handling employee data, communication with external providers, training initiatives etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as the first point of contact for any HR and/or payroll related enquiry.
• Facilitates the employees’ Onboarding process.
• Assists in the scheduling of interviews and various meetings.
• Guarantees the correctness of data in relevant HR Systems.
• Administers any change via the Success Factors module.
• Ensures that all relevant HR paperwork is kept accordingly.
• Supports the payroll calculation process by collecting and organizing all the required data.
• Contributes to the efficient employee health plans and benefits administration.
• Prepares all HR documentation as required.
• Provides support for various training initiatives.
• Performs various administration tasks relevant to the HR & payroll department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a structured HR and/or payroll Department.
• Awareness of Greek legislation regarding labor, and social security matters is considered an asset.
• Prior exposure to any ERP and Payroll Platforms (SAP Success factors, Pylon, SoftOne or similar software) is an advantage.
• Intermediate MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and organize.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.
• Customer service attitude towards internal customers.
• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written).
