ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired is a rapidly growing global education group with 2 schools in Greece (Moraitis School and CGS School). Committed to academic excellence, we are shaping the future of education on a global scale.
We are looking to recruit an HR & Payroll Supervisor to support our HR Operations in Greece. The role leads the budgeting and reporting (payroll, financials, HR KPIs) for Inspired Greece. In parallel, the position will supervise the payroll calculations and monthly closings ensuring a timely delivery and quality of data according to set standards. Key priority of the role is minimizing any legal risks/exposure thus ensuring regulatory compliance over the role’s areas of responsibility. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in all compensation & benefits offerings as well as job evaluation projects that lead to various compensation schemes and practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Heavily inputs in the designing of HR and payroll processes and implements those related to employment & payroll processing, compensation, benefits and employee data management.
• Leads the annual budgeting process, monitors and updates on any changes as required.
• Acts as the ‘go to person’ for all labor and legal matters, providing insights and coordination to the payroll team.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements thus minimizing any legal risks/exposure, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Properly manages the in-house payroll system by overseeing the work of HR & Payroll Specialists and HR Administrators.
• Ensures quality and the timely submission of all ERGANI forms and digital job card records.
• Generates various reports in a timely manner according to Inspired Group standards and practices.
• Participates in the job evaluation process and assists with the formation of the pay structure scheme and other offerings.
• Contributes on an annual basis to the compensation & benefits policy.
• Ensures that HR administration practices are maintained according to requirements.
• Establishes department accountability and follows up on completion in terms of quality and quantity.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Human resources.
• A Master’s degree in HR, Accounting or Business Administration will be an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in a structured HR and/or payroll Department.
• In-depth knowledge of Greek legislation regarding labor, and social security matters.
• Proficient user of Payroll Platforms (EpsilonNet Pylon, SoftOne or similar software).
• Sound experience in reporting as well as using relevant tools (Airtable, BI, etc.)
• SAP Success Factors knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Advanced user of MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to synthesize and deal with great amounts of data.
• Ability to multitask and organize.
• Exceptional adaptability and time management skills.
• Able to demonstrate emotional maturity, thus responding to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to communicate with full efficiency as part of a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
