ROLE SUMMARY:
- Listens to the requirements of their designated regional marketing executives and communicates them to the appropriate people inside the central marketing team
- Learns about the regional priorities, understands the individual school activities to suggest more personalized solutions
- Collaborates on yearly marketing calendars, ensuring they are implemented on time and on brief
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remain in close communication with regional marketing executives to comprehend their needs and specifications
- Listen to suggestions and wishes of the marketing executives and communicates them to the appropriate people inside the central marketing team
- Facilitates the flow of information from the central marketing team to the regional marketing executives, ensuring key initiatives or challenges are addressed
- Learns about the regional priorities and individual school requirements to provide personalized solutions
- Collaborates with cross functional marketing teams to ensure they create design and campaigns according to the standards discussed with the marketing executives
- Ensures quality of briefs and campaigns for their regions, by proactively checking information
- Manages their regional marketing plans, initiates briefing of campaigns to hit the planned deadlines
- Tracks their regional budgets and deadlines and endeavours to deliver projects on-time and on-budget
- Undertakes administrative work and keeps record of projects in Wrike, ensuring all tasks are kept up to date, proactively chasing overdue tasks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Proven experience as an Advertising Account Executive or related position
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
- BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
