KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Property Manager Assistant supports the Property Manager in ensuring the effective daily operation, maintenance, and safety of all school facilities. This includes classrooms, offices, outdoor areas, and communal spaces, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-organized for use. The role involves handling requests and issues via the Zendesk Helpdesk platform, managing service contracts, maintaining records, and assisting with both operational and capital expenditure (Capex) budgets and handling all payment-related documentation with the Accounts Department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience in property/facility management, ideally in a school or institutional environment.
• Diploma or degree in Property Management.
• Good organizational and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem solving ability in school services skills and work under pressure.
