ROLE SUMMARY:

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a vibrant and community-oriented institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both local and expatriate students. We are currently seeking a Mathematics Teacher to inspire and support students in developing strong mathematical skills and a love for the subject. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the UK curriculum, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

The ideal candidate will create an engaging, supportive classroom environment while maintaining high standards of discipline and safeguarding. The post holder will also assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress, working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure academic growth and personal development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that motivates students of all abilities.
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in accordance with school policy.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline, and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with colleagues in planning, moderation, and curriculum development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and well-being.
• Support school events, extracurricular activities, and pastoral responsibilities, as required.
• Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance teaching practice.
