Collect data from various internal databases, industry reports, and external sources.
Highly proficient in interpreting sales and marketing data by analyzing results with various sales methodologies
Work with cross-functional teams in defining and documenting requirements for building quality and impactful analysis
Craft clear, executive-ready narratives based on deep-dive analyses of sales performance, pipeline coverage, segmentation, win-loss and other revenue trends
Experienced in using AI to optimize processes across all sales data.
Establish and implement solutions to complex business problems.
Contribute to monthly operating reviews (MOR’s) and board decks
Grow our Revenue Operations Playbook, used across the sales organization and add value with insights you derive from the analysis you create
Monitor sales bookings and pipelines for accuracy, missing data and gaps in the data process.
Monitor all data issues between various systems and find opportunities to drive process improvements
Run analysis of commissions earned vs. sales performance across many different areas to understand plan impact.
Maintain accuracy and accountability in every aspect of your work
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our products and solutions. Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

Perform the quarterly administration and calculation of the Insurity Sales Incentive Compensation plans using our ICP tool with AVP oversight.
The ideal candidate is a business-minded analyst with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and an instinct for asking the right questions to get to the heart of the problem
3–5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related field
3+ years working with a SaaS technology/software company
Proven ability to extract and communicate insights from complex data—especially in a Sales or GTM environment
Strong business decision making with experience working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM
Excel wizard who can seamlessly integrate with Salesforce automation
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI platform
Excellent storytelling skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to tailor messages to executives and senior leadership, efficient with using PowerPoint
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to ask questions or challenge assumptions
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field

Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $137,000, commensurate with experience.Languages for Québec candidates: The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec.
