Insurity’s Next Resource Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Support Specialist to join our Partner Operations team at Insurity. Our Partner Operations Team supports the end-to-end lifecycle of contractors and system integrators, including onboarding, offboarding, access, compliance documentation, and training assignments. The team partners cross-functionally with IT, HR, SI Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure partners are set up efficiently and operate in alignment with Insurity’s policies. This role will primarily focus on the onboarding and offboarding of contractors and system integrators, while also supporting onboarding efforts for permanent employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and is passionate about creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
What Our Resource Support Specialist Will Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for Partner Operations inquiries, troubleshooting and escalating contractor and partner questions as needed
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for contractors and system integrators, ensuring all milestones and compliance requirements are met
- Partner with IT to ensure timely system access, credential distribution, and proper setup for all new hires and contractors
- Manage onboarding logistics including background checks, equipment setup, system access, training assignments, and welcome materials
- Coordinate onboarding, and change requests for resources, ensuring adherence to security policies and approval protocols
- Assist with annual background check re-verification processes and maintain compliance documentation for audit readiness
- Support organizational changes impacting contractors and update systems accordingly
- Process contractor terminations, ensuring timely access removal and system updates
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, workflows, and reporting needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and recommending process and system enhancements
- Maintain accurate contractor and team member data across multiple systems and tools including our ATS and HRIS systems
- Support onboarding activities for permanent employees in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions, ensuring materials are up to date and engaging
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Partner Operations
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- The candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity to evolving processes and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and flexible with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with software, workflow, and/or time tracking systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., PPM or similar tools, Salesforce, and Greenhouse) Recommended Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in operations, onboarding, HR support, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes
- Completion of Insurity Academy insurance courses within the first 3 months
