Job Description
Job Summary:
The Clinical Implementation Training Specialist will deliver a range of clinical and technical services as a SME to Intelerad’s new and existing clients. They will work with project management to ensure successful project delivery and value driven results to clients through clinical workflow design. They will also be responsible for conducting training to clinical staff either on site or remotely to Radiologist, PACS administrator and technologist.
Major accountabilities
Clinical Implementation Specialist for new and existing clients(45%):
- Assist clients and other internal teams with configuration of software and testing sessions to deliver workflows. Through validation processes, apply and adjust the worklist configuration settings to conform with the requirements of the modules and client needs, typically as part of a project.
- Collaborate and work with 3rd party vendors to integrate solutions with Intelerad’s Radiology Suite through published APIs
- Verify required Intelerad’s Radiology Suite integrations and assist with workflow testing.
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize the client’s overall workflows.
- Work with customers to validate that our software, configuration, and workflow design meets the customer’s needs.
- Support the customer as they begin using the new products and workflow, during and (sometimes) after the implementation of a project
- Identify and help solve issues related to the Intelerad’s Radiology Suite
- Provide client support during go live.
Clinical Training Specialist for new and existing clients(45%):
- Conduct thorough meetings with the client to ensure all their needs are fully addressed
- Schedule and plan training around the client’s go-live schedule
- Provide software product training to our clinical client base
- Assist in resolving software and network issues
- Support the customer as they begin using the new products and workflow, during and (sometimes) after the implementation of a project
- Identify and help solve issues related to the Intelerad’s Radiology Suite
- Instruct end users about the modifications within the upgraded PACS System
Product Knowledge (5%):
- Gather customer needs and loop it back to the Product Management Team to design product roadmaps to address their needs.
- Contribute to the team’s internal documentation library.
- Host internal training sessions.
Collaboration and Motivation(5%)
- Assist team and project managers with ensuring that our service offering meets our standards and that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided by Intelerad
- Be available to Project Managers, Client Success Managers and/or other internal staff to assist with certain tasks (e.g., verifying configurations remotely, conducting software testing, troubleshooting, etc).
- Promote teamwork and good communication within the team, within the company and with our customers
- Promote positive collaboration with other teams.
- Participate in any other project deemed necessary by the organization.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills:
- 2-3 years' clinical experience within the Radiology field or 2 years' experience within Radiology Informatics
- Solid experience with Windows products.
- Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and all functional areas of the company.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Success at managing a demanding customer base in a time sensitive fashion
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Ability to work/travel alone or as part of a team
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Availability to travel on weekends and/or nights.
- Working hours are as business needs demand.
- Valid passport (or the ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s licence
