Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead successful delivery of medium to large-scale Radiology and Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions across the Oceania region. This role requires coordinating Professional Services resources, managing complex project schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. The Project Manager II will deliver projects within tight timelines and budget constraints while mentoring junior team members and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal client outcomes.

The position focuses on ensuring customer projects realize the full value of our software and services through all stages of implementation, from initial planning through successful go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver medium to large-sized Radiology and Cardiology Healthcare IT implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while maintaining high quality standards

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, building trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication, deep understanding of client environments, and consistent delivery of project milestones

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate Professional Services resources, facilitate implementation team collaboration, and manage escalations across departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless project execution

  • Team Development: Mentor Project Manager I team members, provide guidance on best practices, and contribute to the professional development of junior staff through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving

  • Project Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track resource utilization, and implement cost-effective solutions to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters while maximizing customer value

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management roles, preferably in healthcare technology or software implementation

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

  • Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale technology implementations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities

  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients at operational and executive levels

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or ability to achieve certification within 12 months of hire

  • PRINCE2 certification

  • Experience with healthcare IT solutions, particularly Radiology or Cardiology systems

  • Previous experience in Professional Services or client-facing implementation roles

  • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery in international or remote team environments

Special Requirements

  • Travel requirement: Up to 10% travel, primarily throughout the Oceania region

  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules across different time zones within the region

  • Availability for occasional after-hours communication to support critical project milestones
