Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Sales Enablement Specialist to drive comprehensive enablement programs that accelerate sales performance across our global organization. This role is critical in developing, implementing, and optimizing training materials, sales tools, and enablement resources that directly impact pipeline generation, win rates, and quota attainment for our medical imaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to design measurable enablement programs that scale across diverse markets. This position offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic sales organization and requires independent judgment in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive sales enablement program development including training curriculum, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and interactive learning modules aligned with go-to-market strategies and revenue objectives
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and behavioral change, analyzing correlations between enablement activities and sales performance metrics (win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment)
  • Manage sales enablement technology stack including administration and optimization of platforms (SharePoint, Seismic), CRM integrations (Salesforce), and learning management systems to maximize adoption, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Facilitate high-impact training delivery through virtual and in-person sessions, new hire onboarding programs, and sales bootcamps, conducting needs assessments and customizing content for global sales teams
  • Lead cross-functional project teams executing complex enablement initiatives with multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while establishing governance processes for content approval and quality assurance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive professional experience in sales, sales enablement, corporate training, instructional design, or sales operations, with demonstrated success managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or equivalent) to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and present findings to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in content creation and enablement tools including PowerPoint, video editing software, e-learning authoring tools, and familiarity with sales tools such as Gong or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills with ability to facilitate training sessions, present to diverse audiences including executives, and manage concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment in strategic decision-making and proven track record of implementing scalable solutions in complex organizational environments

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements

  • Experience in B2B software, technology, or healthcare technology industry
  • Professional certifications in training, instructional design, or project management (CPTD, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency with sales enablement platforms (SharePoint or similar), CRM systems (Salesforce), and learning management systems
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation frameworks
  • International or cross-cultural training and program delivery experience


Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for training delivery and stakeholder meetings.
