JOB SUMMARY
To manage resources that generate insights from internal and competition business data, process transformation aimed at driving growth strategies for Interswitch Financial Inclusion Service/Business. To manage cross functional relationships and work activities across different specialty such as business continuity, strategy, customer success, regulator and quasi-regulatory that enable the business thrive wholistically.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance Management
Manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives. Responsible for the creation of the requisite visuals/dashboard and accuracy of the business results the business relies on for its decision making.
- Policy Development & Implementation
Work within established procedures to support the business to achieve specified goals
- Internal Project Management
Roles at this level may be 1st line supervisors or specialists in a particular area who are concerned with delivering given outcomes and providing support services to others. - Process expert
- Budgeting & Costing
Track budgets, analyze and report variances to peers and senior colleagues. Provide guidance and advisory on initiatives that propel the business forward
- Work Scheduling and Allocation
Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
- Situational adaptability
Adapts approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. For example, takes steps to adapt to changing needs, conditions, priorities, or opportunities. Understands the cues that suggest a change in approach is needed; adopts new behaviors accordingly.
- Interpersonal savvy/Business partnering
Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people within and outside immediate team to ensure set objectives are met
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION(S)
- A First Degree
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in Strategy or fields of Data Mining & Analysis and Presentation to Executive Management.
MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
- The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years experience of strategic planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by senior managers.
