To drive significant new revenue growth by strategically acquiring and onboarding high-value business accounts across diverse sectors and geographical regions, while leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve organizational objectives. The role also ensures alignment between sales initiatives and broader business goals through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving substantial new revenue growth and market penetration across multiple sectors and regions.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, emerging trends, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and shape long-term sales initiatives.
  • Establish scalable frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistent alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.

Sales Tactics

  • Oversee the development of a robust pipeline strategy, ensuring high conversion rates and repeatable success through innovative prospecting techniques and strategic client engagement.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals while creating mutual value for clients.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team on crafting tailored value propositions, building relationships with senior client stakeholders, and delivering compelling presentations.

Sales Operations

  • Establish and refine sales operations systems, ensuring optimal use of CRM tools, accurate forecasting, and actionable reporting to monitor team performance and market success.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, implementing best practices in sales planning, resource allocation, and pipeline management.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience and maximize retention.

EDUCATION

General Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is preferable)
  • Advanced professional certifications in sales and leadership (e.g., Strategic Selling, Large Account Management, Executive Engagement).
  • CRM expertise demonstrated through certifications in tools like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce

EXPERIENCE

General Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role within a reputable Financial Institution, FinTech, or SaaS company.

Specific Expertise:

  • Proven success in leading cross-sector sales strategies, managing high-value accounts, and exceeding revenue targets in a dynamic and competitive market.
