Job description:
As Commissions Analyst, you will be part of a Global Finance Team at Ivanti.
• You will manage the accurate calculation and timely payment of monthly sales commissions and
incentive bonuses for the Ivanti sales team in accordance with documented compensation plans.
• You will be responsible in calculating and submitting variety of commission reports and prepares
and presents compensation plan performance when requested/needed.
• An important part of the role is building relationships cross functionally. As the business
expands, it brings new challenges and processes. You will work with Sales, Sales Leadership,
Sales Operations, FP&A, Payroll, Order Management, Business Analysts, IT and HR teams to
execute your daily tasks, improve process, communication, and work efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong understanding of the sales compensation programs, processes and financial
systems utilized to process commission payments.
• Execute accurate monthly commission and bonuses payments while adhering to deadlines.
• Manage day to day commission activities. Ensure accurate and timely payouts in accordance
with the terms of the sales commission plans. Coordinate with the Payroll Team, HR, IT, and
different stakeholders to ensure that Sales Compensation processes are accurate based on Sales
Compensation plans.
• Validate commission calculations, system enhancements and reports.
• Work on different research and respond to variety of commission questions and issues.
• Develop strong working relationships within the commission team and cross functionally.
• Prepare, and provide analysis for, reports and schedules distributed as required.
• Safeguard the information and information systems that are used in the execution of duties.
• Know and perform duties in accordance with Ivanti policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Must be able to adapt to flexible work schedule due to necessary deadlines, commitments, and
reporting requirements.
