We are looking for candidates who have good business relationship and influencing skills, deep technical aptitude, cross-group coordination, strong writing and communication skills, confident and convincing presentation style, and the ability to drive collaborative discussions and decisions with all key stakeholders. This is an opportunity to belong to a talented team that includes developers and UX designers who are empowered to work in a flexible environment. This position will work on a fast-growing SaaS solution for discovering, managing and securing various devices, including workstations, servers, mobile devices, and IoT devices.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Gather and bring to the team a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products.
- Track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the product.
- Collaborate closely with the product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market.
- Lead an agile development team and with leading global cross-functional teams & with experience in the UEM/ Discovery space.
- Experience building endpoint management services, or security products and solutions
- Ensure the solution is both valuable and viable.
- Create, evangelize and champion the roadmap and strategy to customers, and customer-facing technical and sales teams.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the organization understands the value proposition of the solution and is enabled to market, sell, implement and support the product.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Ability to influence team and outside partners on challenging projects/initiatives, obtain buy in, and to see the initiatives to fruition. Must be a natural leader, a go-to person, and able to win the respect and trust of their peer group.
- Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
