We’re seeking an innovative Instructional Designer with a knack for turning complex topics into engaging, accessible training for our diverse teams and customers. As we grow and evolve, especially with a strong focus on technical solutions, software, and IT, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our talent development and empowering our clients to thrive. If you love building curricula, wielding the latest eLearning technology, and collaborating to solve learning challenges, you’re exactly who we need!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting detailed needs assessments to shape meaningful, performance-based learning objectives and strategic assessments.
  • Designing curricula and recommending the best course structures, technologies, and delivery methods to support a variety of training goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather and develop instructional content for diverse audiences.
  • Creating engaging eLearning courses, instructor-led training, assessments, and much more.
  • Maintaining and updating a library of instructional materials to keep training content fresh, consistent, and relevant.
  • Assessing training effectiveness by analyzing curricula, learning strategies, policies, and courseware standards, with a focus on applying the latest learning theories and instructional technology.
  • Staying curious, challenging the status quo, and pitching in on special projects as assigned.
  • Ensuring our training offerings are impactful, current, and tailored to the needs of growing teams and customers in the IT and software sectors.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • Must provide a portfolio with work samples.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in instructional design, training development, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Communications, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in adult learning theories, curriculum development, and technical writing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain and simplify advanced topics.
  • Self-starter mentality and strong decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, able to partner with SMEs and other departments with ease.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating engaging eLearning and instructional materials using modern authoring tools (Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate, etc.).
  • Experience in software training, especially in IT environments, a plus.
  • Exposure to instructor-led training, whether classroom or remote.
  • Experience with certification exam creation or updates.
