As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Ivanti, you will play a critical role in harnessing data to drive business outcomes. Your technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and stakeholder engagement will accelerate better decision-making throughout the organization, enable self-service analytics, and ensure trusted, high-performing dashboards for users at all levels.

What you’ll do

• Lead Power BI development: Architect, develop, and optimize robust dashboards, reports, and semantic models using best-in-class Power BI practices.
• Drive performance: Implement advanced DAX/M development, aggregations, and composite models, ensuring scalable and high-performing BI solutions.
• Champion stakeholder partnerships: Facilitate requirements workshops, translate business needs into technical specifications, and craft compelling data stories that resonate with business audiences.
• Accelerate adoption: Promote BI best practices and drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and support.
• Optimize solutions: Diagnose and resolve issues with DAX, M queries, and data refresh. Continuously improve and scale Power BI assets across the business.
• Align strategy: Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure all BI outputs tie directly to strategic objectives and KPIs.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years’ hands-on experience with advanced Power BI development, including semantic modeling, DAX, and M.
• 4+ years in Data Analytics, with expertise in data modeling, visualization, and designing scalable BI solutions.
• Proven mastery of DAX, M, relational database design, and query optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills—adept at bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI solutions for performance and usability.

Bonus points for

• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, or similar cloud/enterprise data platforms.
• A portfolio of Power BI dashboards you have personally developed (PBIX, JPEG, or PNG formats).
• Industry certifications in BI, Analytics, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Familiarity with modern analytics trends and self-service BI enablement.
