KX is seeking a Tax Executive to join our Team on a Fixed Term Basis of 10-12 months. As a Tax Executive, you will be a key member of the KX Group tax team, supporting the management of global corporate and indirect tax matters. You will work closely with the Group Tax Team to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of tax compliance across the Group's global operations.

- Assistwith corporate income tax compliance
- PrepareValue Added Tax (VAT) and other indirecttaxreturns
- Assistwith transfer pricing (TP) calculations and documentation, including data gathering and implementation of TP policies and procedures
- Manage miscellaneous tax tasks including wider tax filing calendars andtimelytax payments acrossjurisdictions
- Coordinate with finance colleagues to ensure all tax payments are made accurately and on time, including preparation of monthly tax account reconciliations
- Manage office administrative matters including finance post, group mailboxes and liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisers on AP/tax matters
- Perform detailed manual review of AP invoices and tax rates applied,identifyingand resolving misclassifications
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors to support thetimelysubmission of tax filings
- Support automation and process improvements to tax workflows
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter comfortable working across functions in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Essential Experience
- Part-qualified or AAT qualified accountant (or equivalent), with relevant experience in a finance operations role
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) and/or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in both direct and indirect taxation beneficial but not essential
- Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
