Overview Of The Role
Our managed services division is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and infrastructure management for clients leveraging OneTick, enabling them to deploy and maintain robust and scalable data solutions to achieve their strategic business objectives. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Mid/Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of our managed services projects. Among our customers are NYSE, Credit Suisse, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the European Central Bank, Bloomberg, Itiviti, Optiver, Instinet, Tudor Funds, Vanguard, and Viking.
As a Mid/Senior Project Manager for OneTick Managed Services, you will be pivotal in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring the seamless delivery of our managed services projects through onboarding, implementation, and maintenance phases. Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for driving project success, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional project management expertise and commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.

Essential Experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Fluent in English
- Strong communicationskills, ability to explain complicated things in simple words
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
- Managing the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance stages for the Managed Services customers
- Regular review of customer support requests and following up on the progress of the requests
- Ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule
- Regular catch-up calls with the customers (accounts) assigned to you
- Maintaining accurate financial records by tracking monthly expenses, coordinating and verifying the billing approvals
- Identifying new deal opportunities and informing the sales team about it
- Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across internal teams
- Actively involved in improving the customer experience
