Position

The Global Marketing Lead is responsible for leading Lanas’ global marketing function across Ireland, the UK and ANZ. The role owns marketing strategy, demand generation, customer lifecycle activity, go-to-market execution and team leadership across a lean international structure. This person will build a single global marketing operating model, align activity to commercial priorities, and ensure the function delivers measurable impact across pipeline growth, customer engagement and brand effectiveness.


This is a senior managerial role, reporting into the executive team — a Global Marketing Lead, not a CMO. The Global Marketing Lead will be responsible for bringing together regional and functional marketing activity into one coordinated global model. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership and requires someone who can balance brand, growth, customer communication and operational rigour while working closely with executive stakeholders and a multi-region team. and responsible for bringing together regional and functional marketing activity into one coordinated global model. Requirements

  • Lead the global marketing function across Ireland, the UK and ANZ, with accountability for strategy, planning, execution and team performance.
  • Own and deliver a single global marketing plan, operating cadence and KPI framework aligned to company priorities and revenue goals.
  • Drive demand generation, qualified pipeline growth, CAC, CPL and broader commercial marketing performance across regions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key products, campaigns and strategic business priorities.
  • Build and lead capability across customer communications, growth marketing, product marketing, brand, lifecycle marketing and CRM.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, HR and executive stakeholders to support growth, retention and organisational alignment.
  • Develop the team structure, coaching approach and ways of working required for a high-performing lean marketing function.
  • Improve marketing operations, reporting discipline, campaign effectiveness and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Lead organisational change and implementation of the new marketing structure, ensuring clarity of ownership and delivery standards.
  • Own marketing's side of CRM, customer lifecycle programmes (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion) and the commercial use of in-app product surfaces — in partnership with Product and Customer Success — to drive adoption, cross-sell and expansion.

Experience

  • Strong leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS, healthcare technology or another complex commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline growth and performance marketing against clear commercial KPIs.
  • Experience leading CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement and cross-channel campaign activity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and lead a multi-region team through change and execution.
  • Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and confidence using data to prioritise activity and measure impact.
  • Experience operating in a regulated, process-driven or highly governed environment.
  • Comfortable building scalable processes, improving operating discipline and leading in a lean team structure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • 7+ years’ experience leading end-to-end marketing in B2B software, healthcare software or another regulated or complex sector.
  • Proven track record of managing growth marketing, product marketing and customer communications in a commercial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, optimisation or migration from the marketing side.
  • Experience building or reshaping marketing teams, establishing operating rhythms and improving accountability.
  • Experience working in high-growth, high-accountability or PE-backed business environments is desirable.
  • International or multi-market experience is advantageous, particularly across the UK, Ireland or ANZ.
