Our technology is used by millions of clinical users in over twenty countries. From core clinical workflows to AI-driven innovation, our products help reduce admin, improve access, drive efficiencies, and support safer, more connected care.

Position
The Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and messaging across the Lanas product portfolio, working across the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand from our Dublin base.
You will be responsible for developing clear, differentiated product positioning, building message houses that can be used consistently across the business and leading go-to-market planning for new products and feature launches, staying with those launches beyond release to understand whether they are being adopted.
You will turn customer, competitor and market insight into positioning that Sales, Marketing and Customer teams can use in the field, and build the enablement materials needed to support evidence-led, credible product claims.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead, you will also own a dedicated share of our UK and Ireland events and field marketing programme, representing Lanas and our products at conferences, trade shows and industry events across both markets.
We work AI-assisted by default. Drafting, research and first-pass competitive analysis are increasingly supported by tools such as Claude and Codex, operating within frameworks defined by our teams. You do not need to have built an AI agent yourself, but you should be comfortable designing a strong brief, interrogating AI-generated output and taking responsibility for the quality of anything that ultimately ships.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve positioning and message houses across the Lanas product portfolio.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated and commercially relevant messaging.
- Conduct buyer, customer and end-user research to inform positioning and product narratives.
- Clearly distinguish between clinician or practice-user personas and economic or buying decision-makers where their needs differ.
- Ensure product messaging is grounded in evidence and applied consistently across channels.
- Support wider brand architecture decisions through strong product-level positioning and execution.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer and Marketing teams to ensure messaging reflects both product reality and customer need.
Go-to-Market, Launch and Adoption
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products, product launches and significant feature releases.
- Coordinate launch activity from early planning through to market release.
- Develop high-quality sales and customer-facing enablement materials.
- Build and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, product narratives, launch packs and other field enablement tools.
- Ensure Sales and Customer teams are equipped with clear positioning, proof points and supporting materials before launches go live.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Communications and Corporate Communications to deliver coordinated launches.
- Track how new products and features are actually taken up after launch, and use what you find to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Work with Product and Customer teams to identify where adoption stalls, and build the messaging and materials that unblock it.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity, customer trends and market developments across healthcare technology in the UK, Ireland and ANZ.
- Build a structured view of competitor positioning, product capability and market movements.
- Translate competitive intelligence into practical recommendations for product positioning and messaging.
- Keep message houses and enablement materials current as the market evolves.
- Brief Marketing, Sales, Product and senior leadership on relevant competitive threats, opportunities and emerging market themes.
- Use insight to challenge and strengthen how Lanas positions itself in the market.
UK & Ireland Events & Field Marketing
- Represent Lanas and our products at conferences, trade shows, customer events and other industry forums across the UK and Ireland.
- Help plan and deliver the UK and Ireland events, conferences and sponsorship programme.
- Ensure event activity supports wider product, brand and commercial priorities.
- Develop product messaging and supporting materials for events and field activity.
- Work with Customer Communications and wider teams to capture customer evidence, testimonials and market insight through events.
- Feed event intelligence back into product marketing, competitive positioning and commercial activity.
- Support follow-up activity designed to turn market presence into meaningful commercial opportunities.
Requirements
You will ideally bring:
- Proven product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology or another complex technology environment.
- Strong experience developing product positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex product detail into clear and compelling commercial narratives.
- Experience managing multiple products, propositions or markets simultaneously.
- Demonstrable experience supporting product and feature launches end to end.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials that are actively used by commercial teams.
- Experience using post-launch adoption and usage insight to refine positioning and drive product usage & adoption
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer and leadership teams.
- Confidence presenting internally and representing products externally at conferences and industry events.
- A strong commercial mindset and the analytical capability to turn competitive intelligence into a clear position you can defend.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and move comfortably between strategy and execution.
- Comfort using AI-supported tools for research, drafting, analysis and productivity, while maintaining a high standard of judgement and quality control.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and Ireland for relevant events and conferences.
Experience within healthcare technology is particularly valuable. You should understand the higher evidence and regulatory bar that healthcare-related claims need to meet, including awareness of GDPR, clinical safety considerations and evidence-led positioning.
You instinctively check whether a claim is accurate, defensible and appropriately evidenced before it reaches the market rather than after.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will mean:
- Clear product positioning: Every major product has a strong, differentiated message house that Sales and Marketing teams understand and actively use.
- Better launches: Product and feature launches go live with messaging, enablement and supporting materials ready from day one.
- Launches that land: new products and features show measurable uptake after release, and where they do not, the reason is understood and acted on.
- Stronger commercial enablement: Sales and Customer teams have the tools and confidence to clearly explain why Lanas products matter and how they differ.
- Useful competitive intelligence: Market and competitor insight actively influences positioning and commercial decisions rather than simply being reported.
- Visible market presence: The UK and Ireland events and sponsorship programme strengthens market intelligence, customer evidence and commercial pipeline.
- Consistent evidence-led messaging: Product claims remain credible, current and appropriate for the healthcare markets in which we operate.
