Marketing Operations Manager
Marketing & Communications, Operations
Lanas, France
Company Description
About Us
Lanas is igniting healthcare innovation. For nearly three decades, we have connected GPs, pharmacists, specialists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals with the best technology possible, from trusted everyday systems to new innovative tools that add real value for our customers.
Our technology is used by millions of clinical users in over twenty countries. From core clinical workflows to AI-driven innovation, our products help reduce admin, improve access, drive efficiencies, and support safer, more connected care.
Position
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build the measurement, data and technology foundations of our global marketing function. This is a hands-on role: you'll design and implement the systems yourself, rather than manage a team.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead, you'll own our marketing CRM, campaign attribution, reporting and data quality. You'll also build and test AI-assisted workflows that make marketing more effective, working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and our Privacy and Legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Marketing Technology
• Own the configuration and ongoing development of monday.com CRM as our system of record, including campaigns, data fields, segmentation, routing and integrations.
• Lead the transition from Mailchimp in the UK and Ireland and Adestra in ANZ as monday.com campaigns comes online; improve contact and account enrichment.
Attribution & Reporting
• Establish consistent UTM, lead-source and campaign attribution standards across markets and channels.
• Build reliable dashboards and reporting pipelines, agreeing shared definitions and measures with Commercial and Finance.
Data Quality & Governance
• Own marketing data quality, including deduplication, naming standards, consent tracking and access controls.
• Work with Privacy and Legal on GDPR and related requirements; introduce campaign pre-flight checks and fix issues before they affect reporting.
AI & Workflow Automation
• Build and maintain a practical library of AI-assisted marketing workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, MCP integrations and Apify.
• Set evaluation and human-review standards so automated outputs are checked for accuracy, quality and compliance before use.
Requirements
You will ideally bring:
• Proven experience producing high-quality video from filming through to edit and delivery.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent professional editing suite.
• Practical design skills for graphics, thumbnails and social assets as well as video.
• Experience producing podcasts, webinars and remote interviews using Riverside, StreamYard or similar.
• Confidence working solo with cameras, lighting and audio on location, and directing people who may be new to filming.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to turn content around in days rather than weeks.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and the UK; familiarity with AI editing tools is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
• A dependable mobile Studio delivering professional content without a large production crew.
• A growing library of genuine customer and clinician testimonials, recorded in person and remotely.
• Events producing published content quickly, with every shoot creating several useful assets.
