The Role:

We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to build and run Lanas Studio: a mobile, one-person production capability capturing the real customers, clinicians and colleagues behind our technology. This is a video-first role with working design skills and the freedom to shape how the Studio operates.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Communications, and working closely with the Global Marketing Lead, you'll film on location across Ireland and the UK, produce remote interviews and turn footage into finished content quickly. We use AI to speed up editing and production, never to replace real people in customer stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Capture

• Plan, shoot and edit customer and clinician testimonials, interviews, case studies and content from conferences, practices and offices.

• Operate a portable multi-camera setup independently, including lighting and audio, and put people at ease on camera.

Editing & Design

• Turn a single shoot into finished videos, social clips, event highlights and reusable assets across channels.

• Create supporting graphics, thumbnails and visual assets; use AI-assisted and transcript-based tools to improve speed without compromising quality.

Podcasts & Remote Recording

• Produce podcasts and webinars from recording through to edit and publication.

• Run and troubleshoot remote interviews using Riverside, StreamYard or similar platforms.

Lanas Studio Operations

• Build and maintain the mobile studio kit, remote recording setup and straightforward production processes.

• Work with Customer Communications and Product Marketing to plan shoots, prioritise content and publish promptly after events.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven experience producing high-quality video from filming through to edit and delivery.

• Strong command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent professional editing suite.

• Practical design skills for graphics, thumbnails and social assets as well as video.

• Experience producing podcasts, webinars and remote interviews using Riverside, StreamYard or similar.

• Confidence working solo with cameras, lighting and audio on location, and directing people who may be new to filming.

• Excellent organisation and the ability to turn content around in days rather than weeks.

• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland and the UK; familiarity with AI editing tools is an advantage.

• A growing library of genuine customer and clinician testimonials, recorded in person and remotely.

• Events producing published content quickly, with every shoot creating several useful assets.
