We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator that will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize our Salesforce environment, working closely with stakeholders across different business lines to ensure the system meets their needs.

Businesses, including pawn shops, secondhand stores, scrap metal recyclers, and online marketplaces trust LeadsOnline more than any other system to freely, frictionlessly, and safely report transaction information to law enforcement.
In 2022, LeadsOnline acquired Hawk Analytics, provider of CellHawk, the leader in mapping and analysis of Call Detail Records and other location-based digital evidence. CellHawk is instrumental in extracting rapid answers from messy digital evidence to connect suspects to crimes. We’re thrilled at the good we’re already doing together.
In 2023, LeadsOnline acquired Forensic Technology, the pioneer of automated ballistic identification and the creator of IBIS (Integrated Ballistic Identification System) technology. Their network of solutions, including hardware, software, and 3-D microscopy, is used in more than 80 countries to search for links between gun-related crimes.

Roles and Responsibilities
· System Administration: Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability.
· Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, process builder, flows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
· Data Management: Oversee data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits, merging duplicate records, and managing data loads.
· User Support: Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and providing training as necessary.
· Integration: Collaborate with IT and other teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
· Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and ensure Salesforce configurations align with business goals.
· Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configuration, processes, and training materials.

This might be you if you have SOME of the following:
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a multi-business line environment.
· Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce customization, data management, and user support. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· Project Management: Experience managing projects and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
· Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
· Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
· Previous experience in a role reporting directly to executive leadership.

Compensation:
Base salary plus company-wide Bonus Target 10%
