We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have creative problem solving skills, well versed in the Agile development process, and ease in partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver amazing products and services to our law enforcement partners.

Our Intel solutions make it possible for investigators to find people, property, and patterns in criminal cases, and regularly prove instrumental in advancing cases involving gun crime, violent crime, missing persons, property crimes, and more. Our Ballistics solution is the leading provider of Ballistics Identification Networks globally.

Since 2022, LeadsOnline has been adding solutions to its technology platform such as CellHawk, a leading provider of software for analysis of cellular records, Forensic Technology, the global leader of automated ballistic identification and the creator of IBIS (Integrated Ballistic Identification System) technology, and most recently, Nighthawk, a leader in investigative data visualization and analysis.

Role and responsibilities:
- Outline a product roadmap: Set a vision/long term strategy for delivery of our Ballistics and Intel product lines.
- Engage Team and Stakeholders: Work across teams to ensure we are delivering features, capabilities and processes that can be deployed by our technical teams and customers.
- Partner with our marketing team on Go to Market strategy for key features and product launches
- Own the health of your product: Track performance by supporting the development of appropriate metrics and measurables. - Proactively look into how to better the LeadsOnline product portfolio.
- Creative Problem Solving: Many of the challenges we face, will not have an obvious solution, it will take creative technical collaboration to create a solution that the industry can adopt.
- Drive and Celebrate the Team: In the agile process, the Sr PM needs to set the vision for a given sprint along with provide both energy and positive pressure so that our teams deliver the features our customers require.
- Embrace the Agile Development process: Work with assigned Agile teams on backlog reviews, daily standups, refinement meetings and sprint complete celebrations.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate professionally and personally to other development teams, cross functional teams/leaders and their managers. This might be you if you have SOME of the following:
- Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS)
- Passion for the investigative process including helping law enforcement solve crimes.
- Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage the overall project including rollout timeline, weekly deliverables, and key gaps or barriers.
- Demonstrate remarkable leadership and communication skills. You should be comfortable representing your team and championing your projects across the organization.
- Ability to make data driven decisions to drive roadmap items for your assigned product
- Embrace the Agile Development process: Work with assigned Agile teams on backlog reviews, daily standups, refinement meetings and sprint complete celebrations.
- Experience in the law enforcement or connected device fields
- Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing

Compensation:
- Base Salary
