Here's What You'll Be Doing:
- Building Client Connections: Develop strong relationships and become an industry expert to better serve our clients.
- New Account Growth and Development: Fuel the growth of new RV/Tire/Auto accounts with your dedication and strategic approach.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: You will be rolling up your sleeves and embarking on the thrill of cold calling and lead generation, uncovering hidden gems in the market.
- Turning No into Yes: Embrace objections as opportunities and master the art of delivering enthusiastic rebuttals.
- Energetic Rebuttals: Respond with enthusiasm and finesse to keep the conversation flowing.
- Proven Sales System: Stick to our tried-and-true sales system, ensuring every step leads us closer to victory.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- A Winning Track Record: Bring at least 2+ years of proven experience in generating leads or related work.
- CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will be a plus.
- Cold Calling Chops: Dive into the deep end with confidence, armed with experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- A Hunger for Success: While an associate degree is preferred, what matters most is your drive to excel in a sales environment.
- End-to-End Expertise: Showcase your ability to drive the sales process from prospecting all the way to handing off to the Territory Manager.
