Position at Dealer Spike Belize

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound and outbound phone calls from past, potential, and existing customers to answer questions and troubleshoot any variety of issues
  • Provide billing support
  • Assist with account user creations, account updates and password resets
  • Email communication with customers

Qualifications/Skills:
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette Skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communications
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Internet Browser Support and Settings
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry
