Position at Dealer Spike Belize
LeadVenture is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team! As a Marketing Automation Specialist at LeadVenture, you’ll manage AEM campaigns, ensure high email performance, and collaborate with account teams to meet client goals. You’ll create, QA, and deliver monthly newsletters, analyze campaign data, and help develop AEM strategies. Here is what you’ll get to do:
- Understand All facets of AEM Offerings
- Maintain High Rate of Contact with all Account Management Team regarding Client Campaigns
- Complete Monthly Offering Fulfillment duties
- Ensure that your dealers’ automated emails are relevant and up to date
- Ensure that your dealers’ performance metrics are above industry standards, and their automated emails are sent properly
- Create, QA, and ensure monthly newsletter(s) are approved and delivered
- Assist Leadership with Development of AEM Program
- Develop and consult on AEM strategy tailored to client goals
- Perform Data Analysis of Client Campaigns to help create and implement strategy plans
- Continued Education of AEM best practices
- Continued assigned training sessions
- Participate in a team environment that is both flexible and highly professional
- Any additional duties assigned from time to time
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field (preferred)
- Strong Interests in Digital Marketing Field
- Excellent communications skills via phone and email
- Excellent organizational skills, both written & oral
- A team-player attitude and are highly adaptable
- Experience using ESP’s such as Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, & Emma (Preferred)
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Active Campaign, & SharpSpring(Preferred)
- Eye for design (Photoshop & Canva experience valued, but not required)
