LeadVenture is looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered digital agents that elevate the online experience across dealer websites in the powersports, marine, RV, auto service, and independent auto industries.
This role focuses on helping local dealerships improve website visitor engagement, lead generation, and customer retention through intelligent, conversational AI agents. You’ll be responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that enable dealers to better serve their customers—24/7—through smart, brand-consistent digital interactions.
The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and thrives in a role that combines client-facing consulting with close collaboration across internal product development teams.
This role can be onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

Product Strategy
• Define and execute the product vision for AI agents purpose-built for dealer websites.
• Identify and prioritize use cases such as lead capture, inventory search, appointment scheduling, and finance inquiry automation.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI conversational design, LLM-powered assistants, and digital retail solutions.

Roadmap & Delivery
• Own the product roadmap for AI agent functionality and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with platform product management, AI/ML, UX, and development teams to deliver features that are scalable, secure, and easily configurable for dealers.
• Define and measure success metrics—such as lead conversion rate, user engagement, and response quality—to demonstrate impact.

AI Agent Design & Optimization
• Define conversational flows, tone, and agent personality to ensure a helpful, on-brand customer experience.
• Partner with AI engineers and data teams to develop, test, and optimize prompts, training data, and model performance.
• Implement continuous learning loops to improve accuracy and conversion outcomes based on user and dealer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Define conversational flows, tone, and agent personality to ensure a helpful, on-brand customer experience.
• Partner with AI engineers and data teams to develop, test, and optimize prompts, training data, and model performance.
• Implement continuous learning loops to improve accuracy and conversion outcomes based on user and dealer feedback.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• 3+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, or digital commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, chat interfaces, and LLM-powered workflows.
• Demonstrated success building products for dealership networks (automotive, powersports, marine, or RV).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior work with AI or conversational products in the consumer retail or dealership domain.
• Knowledge of dealer digital retailing tools, website UX, and online-to-showroom conversion strategies.
• Experience partnering with third-party AI vendors or API-based technology providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
