LeadVenture is looking for an Account Executive to join our ThumbStopper brand! As a Sales/Account Executive at ThumbStopper, you’ll play a key role in nurturing and closing enterprise consumer brands that are sales qualified leads (SQLs). You will confirm SQLs, define the value propositions, and present unique proposals to enterprise brand customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in enterprise sales.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Outbound engagement/sale of new brand relationships with ThumbStopper
• Research and analyze prospective customer needs and provide ThumbStopper product and service overview
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of ThumbStopper’s offerings
• Conduct product demonstrations over video calls to prospective customers
• Achieve assigned quota from the Chief Revenue Officer and Management team
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists across industries
• Prepare for and contribute to the strategic weekly deal review meetings
• Overcome objections and align ThumbStopper’s value propositions to customer needs
• Document and manage all sales activities, opportunities, accounts and contacts in Salesforce/Salesloft
Secondary Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect into new verticals that fit ThumbStopper’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Build professional network and remain current on issues impacting ThumbStopper ICP
• Stay up to date on the digital marketing/social media marketing landscape and competitive product offerings
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
• Identify new revenue streams to achieve short-term and long-term growth and retention objectives
• Mentor junior team members (Sales Development team) as they onboard and acclimate themselves to the company and role
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required
Daily Requirements
• Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week, excluding lunch/breaks
• Participate in scheduled meeting(s) to discuss department priorities
• Engage professionally with team members in sales, customer success departments, and management
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• General understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing is required
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Strong listening skills with ability to synthesize prospect feedback and adjust proposals accordingly
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively, especially under pressure
• Organized with attention to details
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to find motivation in temporary setbacks
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to transition new brand customers smoothly to the Customer Success team
• Coachable and adaptable to changing processes
• Proven ability to meet quantitative goals, take direction, and work independently
• Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft and/or other sales-enablement tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience with advanced sales methodologies (solution selling, consultative selling, or SPIN selling)
• Proven track record in managing relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers
• Ability to leverage CRM analytics for strategic decision-making
Education / Experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional software/SaaS sales experience at the enterprise/consumer brand level
• Proven ability to navigate large companies with many stakeholders and moving parts
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service or similar roles
• Marketing experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft and/or other sales-enablement tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
