We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Account Manager with a positive and proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for understanding customer needs. The ideal candidate is adept at putting themselves in the customer's shoes and thrives on working with data, displaying a natural tendency towards analytical thinking.
The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in leveraging their analytics expertise to support clients in efficiently utilizing our verification suite and features, while also providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. They ensure a thorough understanding of how our data impacts client KPIs, effectively communicating how our product addresses their needs or capitalizes on opportunities. Additionally, they assist in product planning and implementation across different workflows and handle any technical issues related to detection, integration, and analytics, ensuring seamless client experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Become a subject matter on verification: analytics, detection, and mitigation of issues caused by fraud and other types of low traffic quality.
  • Work closely with customers as their primary point of contact: conduct meetings with our clients to review performance, provide insights, and help them extract maximum value from our platform.
  • Ensure that technical and business-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately.
  • Apply your data analytics skills to help our clients optimize their strategic and tactical decision making.
  • Be comfortable and occasionally need to assist (hands-on) with producing verification integration-scripts, wrapping tags, using and assigning macros, etc.
  • Promote a client-empowering culture – we want our clients to become proficient at understanding verification data. You will give them the tools and training to accomplish this.
  • Be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from PM Engineering and R&D.

Who You Are:

  • An in-depth understanding of online advertising infrastructure and ecosystem. Comprehensive knowledge of different ad-serving processes and the programmatic landscape (3+ years).
  • Excellent communication skills with 3+ years of experience with both technical and business audiences.
  • A highly analytical Master of MS-Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, functions, etc.)- a Must.
  • Proficient at SQL – an advantage, you will be required to use it daily.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/JS/Dev tools capable of mapping and identifying elements as needed – nice to have
  • Process-oriented with the ability to actively drive problems to resolution and concisely provide relevant information to management.
  • Experience with presentations and effectively telling clients actionable stories, based on analysis of vast data sets and an in depth understanding of client’s processes and pain points.
  • Proactiveness, multitasking and prioritization capabilities. All these skills will need to be applied to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be at ease speaking to people from a commercial, business as well as technical background. Be able to provide each type of stakeholder with the value they need.
  • Experience in a Startup /dynamic environment.
