You will play a critical role in the success of the Knowledge Team, specifically supporting the Content Development and Technical Writing functions. In addition to working on projects that support our team operations and content management, you’ll also be included in strategic projects and cross-functional discussions.
What You Will Do:
- Support rebranding efforts including helping to convert content into a new design format and auditing recently updated content to ensure materials are accurate and meet design standards
- Play a supporting role in the relaunch of our Customer Experience site including QAing site content, layout, and testing the new site to identify potential issues before public release to customers
- Participate in video production and editing of product video tutorials including updating voiceover, visuals, and other relevant updates
- Partner with Content Development Team to optimize internal content management systems and the organization of materials
- Serve as an extension of the Content Development Team by attending team meetings and other relevant discussions to help support project prioritization
- Partner with Technical Writers to develop and manage internal assets including team pages, archiving help center documentation, and providing feedback on existing materials
- Assist the Technical Writers in editing online help so it meets our writing standards
Who You Are:
- You have strong attention to detail and communicate well with others, especially working cross-functionally with other teams
- You’re able to manage multiple high-priority projects at once and manage your time effectively
- You have the ability to complete a project from start to finish and feel comfortable asking questions along the way so you can work quickly and efficiently
- You have experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Video editing software experience is a plus!
