PrimeRx, the go-to pharmacy management software, seeks an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner Manager to join our growing team. As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships within the pharmacy space. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving channel sales.
What you will do
- Partner Identification and Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit strategic channel partners within the healthcare ecosystem, including initial contact and agreement negotiation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including pharmacy consultants, electronic health record (EHR) vendors, system integrators, MSP’s, value-added resellers (VARs), drug wholesalers, and healthcare GPO’s.
- Partner Enablement:
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our products and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales and marketing materials tailored for partners.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the channel, driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the pharmacy management system space.
- Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for channel expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal stakeholders.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the healthcare IT industry, in a quota-carrying capacity.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT solutions, including pharmacy management systems, EHR, telehealth, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
